WHY THIS MATTERS TO SHARON
At 26, a sudden health crisis left Sharon in a wheelchair, changing the way she viewed life.
Over the years, autoimmune health challenges along with Lyme and mold illness, children with chronic illnesses, major life transitions,
and other unexpected hardships deepened Sharon's understanding of how chronic pressure can keep us so focused on surviving that we lose touch with ourselves and others.
When serious health challenges strip away what doesn't matter, what remains becomes clear:
• The people who mean the most to us
• The relationships we never want to take for granted
• And the relationship we have with ourselves,
which influences the way we experience every other relationship in our lives.
Those experiences taught Sharon that pressure, obligations, expectations,
and Over Syndrome™ slowly pull us away from the very people and
relationships we're working so hard for in the first place.
What began as a personal search for answers eventually became the foundation for
the Freedom to Flow Method™, where life feels like you again...where what you do is congruent with who you are.
Today, one of Sharon's greatest passions is helping people discover
the same freedom, flow, and peace of mind she spent years searching
for herself.
WHAT SHARON IS LIKE
Sharon is someone people naturally open up to.
Throughout her life, people have been drawn to her ability to listen, offer insight, and make people feel seen and valued. As a Resident Assistant in college, she created a sense of warmth and belonging for more than 30 young women. Before major exams, games, and presentations, she surprised residents with big handmade posters on their doors so they would wake up knowing someone believed in them and was cheering them on.
That same spirit carried into her years as a teacher, where students, parents, colleagues, and administrators often remembered not only what Sharon taught, but how they felt around her: understood, encouraged and comfortable being themselves. She brought creativity, humor, and connection into the classroom, turning ordinary school days into game shows, talk shows and experiences students genuinely looked forward to.
Today, that hasn't changed. Her grown children still bring her the questions
and decisions closest to their hearts. And even strangers
on airplanes and checkout lines find themselves opening up to her.
Her children laugh and say, "Mom doesn't know a stranger."

• More trust in their intuition and inner wisdom
• A shift from self-criticism to self-compassion
