While excelling academically and leading multiple organizations in high school and college, Sharon was the person people naturally came to for guidance, support, and someone who made life fun. Friends did. Family did. Even professors and mentors did.
As a Resident Assistant, she wasn't simply managing a hallway of students. She was creating a sense of home for more than 30 young women. Before major exams, games, or presentations, she hand-made colorful signs for residents' doors so they would wake up surprised to find a big loving note, knowing that someone was in their corner, believing in them and cheering them on.
That same spirit carried into her years teaching middle and high school where her wisdom, humor and engaging energy made students actually want to be there. She transformed Fridays into a lively “Let’s Make a Deal” game show filled with laughter, connection, and belonging, and hosted a school-wide Family Feud-style "Class Feud" experience with student surveys and created the yellow game show studio.
What stood out most wasn’t just the unforgettable ways
Sharon taught, but the relationships she built.
Students, parents and school administrators trusted her,
opened up to her, and felt encouraged to be themselves
in an atmosphere that was both inspiring and fun.
That same skill to make people feel understood and genuinely cared for has followed Sharon throughout her life.
Today, Sharon's grown children still come to her with the thoughts, fears and questions resting most heavily on their hearts, the kinds of conversations people only have with someone they deeply trust. That same warmth and connection naturally carries into every part of Sharon's life, whether with family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers she meets on airplanes or in checkout lines find themselves sharing with her. Her children often laugh and say, “Mom doesn’t know a stranger.”
WHAT PEOPLE BRING TO HER
The things from the past they've been carrying far too long.
Sharon creates a space where nothing feels too heavy, too messy, or too far gone to talk about. People feel safe to open up about the pressures, fears and unspoken struggles they've been consciously or unconsciously holding for longer than they knew without even realizing how deeply those patterns have shaped their lives.

The Inner Critic that slows you down
There’s depth in the guidance and higher perspective Sharon brings along with lightness and a sense of ease in time with her. She has a gift for attuning to what people are feeling, helping them connect the dots, and supporting them as they learn to express and process unhealed emotions from their past so they are free to move forward.
WHAT SHE BRINGS TO OTHERS
Across every stage of life, Sharon has had a natural way of
connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds.
For many years, Sharon was carrying her own heaviness too.
She was the dependable one... the overgiving one... the overcommitted one. She showed up for everybody and everything keeping things running efficiently yet often running on fumes.
At 26 years old, Sharon experienced a health crisis that left her in a wheelchair. For someone who had always lived an active, vibrant, fast-moving life, it marked the beginning of a completely different relationship with herself and the way she moved through life.
One of the most challenging seasons of Sharon’s life ultimately led her into an entirely new and unexpected way of experiencing life. The wisdom, insights, and connections she discovered
along the way became the foundation for the
Freedom to Flow Method™ she now shares with others

WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE
Curiosity Makes Change Possible
Fear, emotional overwhelm, physical tension in our bodies, or constant internal pressure are often signs of deeper protective patterns that shape how we think, feel, react and perceive life. When people begin recognizing those patterns with
awareness instead of judgment, they create space for where
change becomes possible.
Even in the middle of deep conversations and emotional breakthroughs, people often find themselves unexpectedly laughing with Sharon. That balance of depth and lightheartedness helps people feel more at ease, more connected, and more human in the process reminding them that even hard moments don’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Imagine what could change if someone was finally in your corner too.
That’s why Sharon begins with a simple Connection Call, a relaxed, pressure-free space to talk about where you are, what’s weighing on you, and what kind of support would help you move forward.
Even the strongest people need someone in their corner. Elite athletes, leaders, and high achievers don’t do life alone. The people who grow the most are the ones willing to let themselves be supported too.
Everyone benefits from having someone fully in their corner, someone who helps them see what they can’t always see on their own.
Perhaps it's time to let someone support you for a change.
