For most of her life, Sharon faithfully showed up for others while not realizing the toll it was taking on her.
After a sudden health crisis left her in a wheelchair at 26, uncertain whether she would walk again, she began discovering how living present with herself and others opened her up to healing and a more profound quality of life.
